He was a profit centre head in his roles during the later part of his career. Mr.Padmakumar was a part of the Top Management team, which was responsible for designing the Organisational strategy at AccelTree Software and Alfa Metalcraft Corporation. He was also an integral part of teams which were responsible in the tactical implementation of various organisational strategies while working with Eureka Forbes, Thomas Cook and DHL Worldwide Express. While with AccelTree Software he defined the Value proposition for the organisation and competitively positioned its various offerings. He along with his team also developed and launched the entire Sales and Marketing mix and was successful in commercialising two new products. He was successful in forming multiple alliances and partnerships across the Asia, thus expanding the geographical coverage. Mr.Padmakumar has had experiences in launching new products/services, designing sales process and launching new business operations during his stints with Acceltree Software, Eureka Forbes Ltd, Alfa Metalcraft Corporation. The responsibilities included designing the entire sales mix, MIS, developing the induction training for the new products/services and the Internal/External launch of the products/services. He has successfully conceptualised and organised various BTL events as a part of sales promotions. He is a is a Skill Level III Certified Trainer for DHL and Train the Trainer for Eureka Forbes. He has conceptualised and developed various training programs during his career. He is a Certified Coach (Level 1).
