I was in charge of Human Resources development and Administration Departments, was responsible for taking policy decision in HR of the company, handled selection, appointment, appraisal and settlement of staff, various legal matters regarding staff and administration PF, ESI, Gratuity Tax,. I have also handled general training and personality development of staff.
