I was managing 7 resorts properties and building 3 more. I was engaged by Melia International to turn around this failing property. This was addressed with urgency by revamping the management and replaced with ones who could carry thru the turn around plan.The employees were reenergised whilst setting a new tone with aggressive sales, strategic revenue management and expense controls.This resort was breaking even in 5 months and was generating a average 38% GOP during my departure.
