I am currently working as a internship trainee in Eurofins Advinus Limited, SCM department as a capex purchaser, along with that understanding about the inter department activities and procedure of other vertical of SCM(Purchase, Logistics and stores).Co ordination with supplier, cost negotiations, PO releasing, order follow ups, payment releasing on time and etc...Shipment coordination, lead time discussion, coordination with Logistics and stores to get to know about the order status.Co-ordination with shipper about the order, tracking till the shipment reaches to our facilities.Finiding new vendors on market, those who are good in market in terms of price, quality, service, and ontime delivery to have alternate vendor in hand.
