Roles and Responsibilities:◻ Project Managerial Roles : ▪ Co-ordination with tender and marketing department for preparation of initial estimate and quotation. ▪ Preparation of material requisition for project as per scheduled program and following up for procurement. ▪ Arranging sub-contractor, rental equipment and machinery , in co-ordination with procurement manager. ▪ Managing various assigned projects and close monitoring of projects development, worth upto 2.5 million USD. ▪ Allocation of manpower and other resources to various projects as required for daily planned activities and re-scheduling of the same, due to any unforeseen delays. ▪ Reporting daily progress of each projects to the management and to main contractor ▪ Certifying worksheets of laborers and machinery and invoices from sub-contractors. ▪ Petty cash management for site expenses, recording and auditing of the same. ▪ Obtaining work completion certificates from clients and getting payment approval from client project department.◻HSE Roles: ▪ Acted as Health Safety and Environment Adviser, ensuring all safety requirements at workplace is properly fulfilled. ▪ Providing Tool box talks and conducting weekly safety meetings for all workmen on specific tasks, as identified. ▪ Verifying Method statements and Risk Assessments prior to submission for approval from consultants/ authorities. ▪ Got approval from RTA ( Roads and Transports Authority, Dubai) as Safety Engineer to work on the Right of Way for any dewatering works. ◻ Technical Roles: ▪ Preparation of WIRs for work inspection by consultant and getting approval as necessary. ▪ Material submission and approval from main-contractor or consultant as per project QA/QC specification. ▪ Cross-checking and guiding field survey in accordance with approved drawings and certifying survey reports. ▪ Obtained approval as Competent engineer for Excavation and Dewatering from Dubai Municipality.

◻ Managerial Roles: ▪ Planning and execution of daily and weekly activities, in order to complete the project within stipulated time. ▪ Re-scheduling activities due to unforeseen obstructions , to mitigate any delays that would affect the completion period of the project. ▪ Managing projects worth 1.25 million USD, in Dubai, UAE. ▪ Managing 2 projects in parallel, each worth 1 million AED in Dubai, UAE. ◻ HSE Roles: ▪ Introduced HSE team into the company, by giving training and awareness to existing manpower. ▪ Conducting training and certification of operators, riggers and other competent workmen as required for the project and maintaining log of the same. ▪ Obtained HSE advisor certification from TRAKHEES authority by attending SARS training programme. ◻ Technical Roles: ▪ All technical roles played as a site engineer for the previous year. ▪ In addition, co-ordination with client for getting approvals, inspection and certification of works as per project specifications.

◻ Technical Roles: ▪ Execution of all piling and shoring works as per approved drawings. ▪ Raising and conducting all necessary work and material inspections, getting required approval from consultant/ authorities. ▪ Supervising survey works and cross-checking all survey points in accordance with approved drawings for Piling, Shoring and Excavation works. ▪ Maintaining daily inspection log and related QA/QC documents. ▪ Fresh concrete testing of Ready-mix concretes before pouring, which includes Slump Test and temperature check , and ensuring concrete pouring is completed within stipulated time for each truck. ▪ Witnessing and recording Hardened concrete test, mainly Compression load test done at approved lab and maintaining all test reports. ▪ Obtained personal approval from TRAKHEES authority of Dubai, for fresh concrete testing in the field (Orange code) and Construction materials & Quality control guidelines (Green code), subjected to annual renewal.◻ Site Management: ▪ Reporting daily activities and production details to project manager. ▪ Arranging required resources for planned activities for next day, in co-ordination with project manager. ▪ Supervision of all site activities which includes Piling, Shoring, Dewatering and Excavation. ▪ Keeping check of all HSE requirements by client HSE department.

◻ Technical Roles: ▪ Identifying changes in existing structure as per renovation plan, planning and execution of necessary demolition and construction activities to achieve planned design. ▪ Identifying problems in achieving renovated design, discussing the same with project manager and consultant to come with a practically possible solution. ▪ Cross-checking completed works including sequence of construction, wall verticality, any deviation from markings, wooden finishes, proper curing for concrete structures, bore-well drilling, underground water tank construction, lift pit construction as per lift design and ramp relocation to underground parking as per new design. ▪ Identifying proper repair materials to be used for any repairs and reconstruction in accordance with specifications and design. ▪ Supervising RCC works including reinforcement, shuttering and concrete pouring. ▪ Ready-mix concrete testing and approval before pouring and getting approval for the same from client/ consultant.◻ Site Management: ▪ Reporting daily activities to Project Manger and to consultant. ▪ Certifying works done by the sub-contractor cross checking the bills submitted and work done at site. ▪ Managing petty cash expenses under supervision of Project Manager.
