-Anchoring learning synthesis of the selection process undertaken as part of the Graduation Approach across Tripura, Rajasthan, Jharkhand-Co-authored a white paper on Cash Transfers launched at Charcha'2024 (annual convening of the state, market and civil society) at the India Habitat Centre- Analyzing data coming in from different states implementing the Graduation Approach (MoRD- NRLM's project for the ultra-poor)- Focusing on enhancing collectives of the Ultra-Poor

Anchored research, learning, monitoring and evaluation at the Impact Hub, Nudge. Focused on cash transfers and the end-ultra poverty programme (Graduation Approach) across various states (State Rural Livelihoods Missions) from the livelihoods lens. The Graduation Approach is the flagship programme of the Nudge, which aims to help ultra-poor families graduate out of poverty over the course of 3 years. Initiated by BRAC (Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee), the programme has proved to be effective across the world in helping alleviate poverty through sustainable livelihoods and intense hand-holding support.Was also involved in knowledge generation through primers on poverty, livelihoods, cash transfers, agriculture etc.

- Led the vertical of Knowledge Management- Strategized and worked to build resources, frameworks and toolkits to enable convergence between Local Self Governing Bodies (Including Panchayati Raj Institution areas, 6th Schedule Areas, Village Councils and other Traditional Local Bodies) and the Self Help Group network of women under the aegis of the National Rural Livelihoods Mission- Worked to help build resources to strengthen citizen based committees such as Anganwadi Level Monitoring and Support Committees, Village Health Sanitation Nutrition Committees etc.- Undertook documentation (written and audio-visual of the Village Poverty Reduction Plan across the country- especially in the North East- Assam and Manipur)- Facilitated workshops with the Ministry of Panchayati Raj and Rural Development on localizing SDGs and enhancing participation of women in rural governance through tools like the VPRP- Village Poverty Reduction Plan | Facilitated National Level Training for all the State Rural Livelihoods Missions across the country, and helped build the Village Poverty Reduction Plan (VPRP) Application and Modules for roll-out in all the states of the country.

- Responsible for all the project activities in 3 districts- Facilitated convergence between Local Self Governing Bodies and Women Collectives in rural Assam (in both Brahmaputra Valley and Barak Valley- Jorhat, Nagaon, Goalpara, Hailakandi)- Worked closely with over 58 community cadres spanning approximately 50,000 Self Help Groups in 63 Gram Panchayats across 3 Districts- Liaison with Line Department Officials, Panchayat Officials, Senior Bureaucrats, and Representatives- Capacity Building of the Community Cadres and Federations;-Designed and implemented tools of participatory rural planning such as Village Poverty Reduction Plan, Public Hearings, Participatory Assessment of Entitlements, Institutional Committees of Convergence- Facilitated training on the Village Poverty Reduction Plan and Gram Panchayat Development Plan for State Rural Livelihoods Mission officials across the country

Worked with the Centre for Land Governance, India on framing the methodology to undertake a study assessing the impact of NITI Aayog's Model Land Leasing Act in UP, MP, AP and Uttarakhand.
