Current• Develop a model to deploy strategic plan and annual budgets for long term planning.• Develop a new business plan, sale analytics, and vendor management process.• Directly manage and responsibility for consulting services, infrastructure, customer support, HR and administration functions.• Planning with sales team on new customer segmentation, increase sale and improvement of internal commercial operations.• Manage Operations, financial planning, Budgeting, monthly/quarterly /annually book closure activity.• Identifying and recommending solutions to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.• Develop and document business process and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. • Determining financial / economic objectives• Preparing & implementing systems / policies to facilitate internal financial control in all functional areas. • Spearhead the risk management for the company in terms of business and statutory compliances.• Identifying Key focus area for over all Company’s Growth. • Responsibilities encompass managing the Finance Accounts, Operations & IT of the Company. • Working Closely with Business for strategic business support, Business Review. • Responsible for Operating Cost Efficiency, Control and Process in Organization. • The role entails active interaction with Business and Cross Functional heads on a regular basis to discuss their financial performance and targets.
