Managing multiple subcontracts from tender to handover ranging in value up to $11m. Communicating with clients and stakeholders to develop methodologies and plans. Driving a project team of up to 100 staff to achieve targets through organisation and delegation. Programming and monitoring progress and milestones, contractually and commercially. Developing, implementing and ensuring compliance with WHS&E plans and Quality plans. Measuring, quoting and ordering resources and materials. Coordinating design and management relating to the project (formwork, screens, scaffold, jumpforms, concrete supply/placement etc.)

Involved in two major projects, Alcon Finishing Centre, Cork and Dundrum Swimming Pool, Dublin. Duties included:Setting out foundations, holding down bolts, external and internal walls, storm and foul drainage.Carried out as-built surveys and recorded a site diary and performed site induction. Carried out concrete testing (crush and slump tests). Various QA and QC duties as well as admin.Compiled snag lists to ensure workmanship was to clients specificationsSurveying equipment and software included: Total Station, Dumpy Level, Laser level and Auto cad
