I’ve been in the medical device sales industry for over 30 years. My Nuclear Medicine and Nursing training have been instrumental in my success in the medical device sales industry. I’ve helped take a startup to the point of sale, managed countless numbers of representatives and trained physicians and staff all over the United States. My strengths are in radiation oncology and urology. I’m proficient in transrectal ultrasound sonography, prostate brachytherapy and the placement of rectal spacing prior to prostate radiation therapy. I believe and good leader/manager knows the business from A - Z. My management style is to hire high performing adults that do not have to be micromanaged. A good manager trusts their team and treats each member as an individual with unique talents. A good manager can teach the procedure and be there to assist when others can’t. A good manager is a partner and resource to the team.
