• Led on the expansion of the marketing team to introduce skills and expertise essential to support the growth ambitions of the company. I also led on PPC campaigns and renewed the approach to email marketing to a database of over half a million subscribers• Managed the establishment and operation of The Realbuzz Foundation, a charity initiative to support Paralympic athletes, in association with SportsAid• Devised revenue generating marketing packages for the TRG Sales team to present to our 1000+ charity partners• Procured and managed the relationship with key agency partners, including PR and SEO• Introduced a content marketing approach which led to the development of audience focused web and social content and a quarterly A4 magazine
