• Compile 201 Files of employees for ISO 9001:2008 certification of the Human Resources and Development Office (HRDO)• Organize trainings for around 500 emlpoyees with topics such as Customer Service, Health Awareness Campaign, and Team Building• Screen and recruit applicants for positions such as Instructors, Facuty Members, Accountants, and Teaching Assistants• Prepare contracts for newly hired emloyees and those for renewal using salary grade scale and hiring manuals.
