I was in charge and responsible for the relationship development with Italian and international companies in different businesses: industry, service providers, renewable energy (wind, gas and solar), facility and office industry, etc. I supported companies in different areas:• group, statutory and tax compliance; • accounting, reporting, planning and controlling; • helping international customers to set up their business in Italy and providing support on a daily basis;• replacing companies in their relationships with customers, suppliers, public bodies and banks, for ordinary activities and covenants related to Project Financing obligations

I had wide responsibility, not only strictly financial, being involved in commercial choices and supporting the Country Manager in main strategic decisions.Additional information and achievements:• I was central in starting-up Italian and Maltese organization;• Responsible for accounting, reporting under IFRS, Controlling activity for business units and product, Statutory accounts, Tax, Investments, Legal aspects, HR and payroll, Internal Control;• Credit control and financing;• Managing business plans for new investments evaluation;• Sourcing / Procurement;• Set-up and maintain internal procedures;• HR management;• Legal aspects and company fulfilment including group funding;• Management of a joint venture with a Maltese partners and one in Italy with Pirelli Real Estate, its closure and consequent group reorganization ;• Managing issues related to both expansion and contraction economic phases;• Leading and coordinating the centralization of administrative process to the Shared Service Centre in Prague and Outsourcing to external consultants of other activities.

Otis, is the world's leading manufacturer, installer and maintainer of elevators, escalators and moving walkways, belonging to UTC group.My responsibilities included a wide range of fulfilments: local and U.S. accomplishments (monthly report under US GAAP, local Statutory and Consolidated Statements including foreign entities, Tax Returns and reports, etc.), Treasury (Banks relations, FX Hedging, Cash-Flow report and budget); I also managed merger issues, competitors benchmarking analysis, business plans for investment analysis, internal procedures, finance projects at European level, relationship with Board of Directors, Statutory and Tax auditors, audit firm, consultants, public offices, etc. I was the interpreter of the internal reorganization that concentrated 3 finance areas into the one I was leading. I had 7 people directly reporting to me.
