Logistics Coordinator
Current• Supervising the company’s logistics, tracking, logging, and following-up on information regarding the shipping and receiving of equipment.• Coordinating with customers, suppliers, couriers, and customs brokers; sorting and preparing equipment for shipment, including the relevant shipping documents, packing slips, commercial invoices, waybills, and labelling.• Confirming shipping charges and analyzing shipping costs; including disputing incorrect pricing from service providers• Reviewing all incoming shipments’ paperwork to verify information against customs paperwork, invoices, purchase orders , and/or other records.
