NOW... Pagan has been diving for over 12 years starting with an Open Water Scuba certification, and is proud to call herself an Open Water Scuba Diving Instructor under PADI Inc. During these years, Pagan has leveraged on her experience in organizing events to arrange for numerous local and international trips; gained crucial underwater leading and life saving skills within her 4 years of Divemaster-ship; and enjoyed imparting knowledge of scuba diving skills and underwater creatures to any divers that are interested.IN ANOTHER LIFE... Pagan has been exposed to many facets of events management throughout her career as well as her travel adventures. She is highly passionate about the latest events technology from the developed countries such as silent conferences, all-in-one conference apps and she is looking at bringing them to Malaysia. Aside from events management, Pagan has got a wealth of experience when it comes to the whole spectrum of marketing. She has worked in MNCs, GLCs and private entities in different roles. From consulting, key account managing, client servicing, and right down to operations, she has absolutely no qualms in getting her hands dirty to ensure that a job is well done.After 13 years of working for others, Pagan has decided to step out of her comfort zone and step up her game as an entrepreneur specializing in events consultation. This will ensure that her clients get her full attention for each event as well as fulfilling her passion on conceptualizing and managing special events. With her passion and experience, she aspires to be one of the best events consultants in the industry. The fact that her clients are still talking about her event after 6 months, saying that it is one of the best events that they have ever attended speaks volume of her work.She has a unique personality that is rare and quirky. She is sociable, street-smart, charming and confident. When it is time to get down to business, she gets serious and professional. She has the ability to see the bigger picture without losing sight of the finer details for an event.Outside of work, Pagan is also an avid traveler, reader and she has recently taken up golfing too. According to Pagan, her life motto is to curate her own life experience.
