About Anthony Page

I very quickly realized that he was an outstanding instructor and that he was able to build great relationships with clients. During the training session on top of being very clear and structured, he was also very patient and made sure everyone understood things well before moving on - always answered questions very thoroughly. By the end of the training I had a pretty good understanding of a field that was completely foreign to me before and the clients that were in the same training sessions seemed very satisfied with what they had learned. As we continued to work together those impressions have always been confirmed. On a technical side, every time I have questions Tony always makes himself available to help me and make sure I understand not only how to solve the problem I was having, but as well why to do the things I had to do – which to me is more valuable than just explaining “what to click”. This helped me be a lot more self-sufficient than I would have been otherwise. Tony has been a mentor to me on a lot of the technical aspect of our work and I am very grateful for how much he taught me. He also have the best relationship with clients I have ever seen. Whenever I am tasked with support calls, the first questions all clients have is “is Tony available?”, which showed how much they all like and trust his services. He always goes the extra mile ensuring that the client is happy and have all their needs met. His vast knowledge on laser machine is also extremely valued by our clients, who often reach him for questions that normally are beyond our scope of support, but we always try to help them with what we can. He taught me a lot about how to handle clients and how to build good relationships with them."
