I am currently fulfilling simultaneous marketing, patient/medical education, and product management roles with the above two orthopedic implant/device distributors that operate as separate entities under the same ownership. Stryker South Florida is an independent distributor for Stryker’s orthopedic implant and total joint reconstruction product portfolio, and Orthopedic Solutions Inc. is a distributor of three unique medical products for orthopedics. I made substantial impacts with each of the above companies that can be highlighted below: • Developed and implemented marketing and patient/medical education strategies that contributed to Stryker South Florida’s US rank increasing from #42 in 2011 to Top Ten in 2015 and won Employee of the Year in 2012. • Serve as a catalyst for supporting sales growth of Stryker’s joint reconstruction products and robotics division through comprehensive marketing and patient/medical education programs. • Directed the successful market launch of 3 products for Orthopedic Solutions including Exparel, OsteoRemedies, and Verasense/Orthosensor. • Coordinate advertising, marketing, media relations, and surgeon participation at all special events including Cadillac Championship and Ace Classic PGA tournaments. • Implement advertising with TV affiliates (Fox, ABC, NBC & CBS), newspapers, and magazines to ensure ad placement (one year campaign) to maximize ROI. • Launched IPad’s and trained reps on using devices for presentations, surgical technique information, sales tracking, marketing, clinical studies, and communication. • Assist sales force in converting new surgeons by scheduling/setting-up cadaver labs, and coordinating with corporate teams to bring in surgeons, engineers, or product managers to lead workshops. • Recognized for serving as a representative of the company, working in conjunction with sales team, to secure top surgeons as new users of Stryker products, including one of the Top 20 implanters in South Florida.
