As the previous Director of Marketing, Patient & Medical Education & Product Manager for Stryker South Florida Agency Orthopedic Solutions Inc., I have had a substantial impact on the success of each company by overseeing all aspects of marketing, media relations, public relations, patient medical education, surgeon education on new medical devices/technology, new product launches, and product management. My achievements include implementing marketing efforts that increased Stryker South Florida Agency’s national ranking from #42 to Top 10 in less than four years, launching and marketing three new medical devices in South Florida, and directing all aspects of media relations, surgeon education, promotional events, and digital marketing. Some of my additional accomplishments include: • Creating brand awareness campaigns as well as internet, TV, and other digital advertising. • Coordinating an online surgeon locator function to drive patients to surgeons using Stryker products/devices. • Planning physician speaking programs and supporting hospitals in marketing Stryker products to community. • Creating patient education materials for hospitals and physician offices (animation, videos, posters & brochures). • Writing/editing scripts for physicians used during speaking engagements or videos to ensure legal compliance.All of the experience I've gained throughout my career gives me the confidence to make a positive impact in any industry, learn and adapt quickly to new products/services, market the value to potential customers, and provide critical marketing, education, and project management support.I have been successful in translating strategy into results and I'm confident in my ability to make a substantial impact on the performance, profitability, revenue growth, and efficiency within any organization.
