With over 38 years of experience in education and technology, I am a Senior Instructional Designer at Germanna Community College (GCC), where I design and deliver engaging eLearning experiences for diverse learners. As an Instructional Designer, I integrate technology to enhance learning outcomes, accessibility, and user satisfaction. I am a certified Quality Matters Master Reviewer, Course Review Manager, and QM Coordinator, ensuring quality standards and best practices for online courses.Deeply invested in the intersection of education and technology, I am at the forefront of leveraging Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) and gamification to revolutionize teaching and learning. My approach harnesses AI's capabilities to personalize learning experiences, providing adaptive pathways that cater to individual student needs. Incorporating gamification strategies, I have developed an AI Digital Literacy game that enhances students' understanding and engagement with AI concepts.
