The Ackerly McBride Group is an adult primary care practice in Washington, DC. In this role, I close the books for the practice on a monthly basis; serve as patient liaison, answering questions about membership to the practice and inviting new patients to join; and conduct analysis on the practice’s call data and website analytics, among other things.

In this role, I edit, format and post Dr. McBride’s weekly newsletter and Q&A on Substack which reaches almost 30,000 subscribers. In addition, I research Dr. McBride’s podcast guests to prepare her for interviews and edit podcast transcripts. I also manage Dr. McBride’s content on her Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Substack channels.

Audited and redesigned the organization's website; researched and wrote blogs on COVID-19 vaccines for children and mental health during the pandemic; analyzed organization's finances and provides a succinct summary of findings.
