Served as Distribution Program Management Functional Analyst for the Integrated Data Environment (IDE), Global Transportation Network (GTN) Convergence (IGC) Program Management Office (PMO) for United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). A state-of-the-art capability and single point of access to data within DLA and USTRANSCOM, and between DLA/USTRANSCOM and external systems to perform reporting, ad hoc queries, drill-down, and data mining. Responsible for facilitating logistics and distribution business processes supporting legacy Global Transportation Network system while coordinating and providing technical advice on design and development of future logistics C2 transportation and tracking systems. Reviewed major system modifications/integrations and provided recommendations on future program management policies supporting operational planning impacting military and commercial means of mission planning and asset tracking.

Validated Department of Defense (DOD) and Air Mobility Command (AMC) contingency taskings and mission readiness worldwide. Conducted Operational Readiness Inspections (ORI), Unit Compliance Inspections (UCI), Emergency Management Exercises (EMX), and Operation Plan (OPLAN) Inspections for 140 active duty, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve units; totaling 143,000 personnel. Researched, analyzed, and interpreted wartime operational plans, Unit Type Codes (UTC), and Designed Operational Capability (DOC) statements. Developed logistical readiness inspection criteria for AMC and applied this criteria during inspections. Evaluated the efficiency and effectiveness of AMC unit mobility organizations. Provided expert guidance to operations planners ensuring all functional area plans were fully integrated and sequenced into the inspection process. Analyzed information to design, plan and execute ORIs, OPLAN inspections, and UCIs. Coordinated directly with the OSD, JS, HQ USAF, and HQ AMC staffs. Served as the primary command Logistics Plans inspector for Air Mobility Command.
