Span three main responsibilities; database strategy lead, design thinking workshop lead, and research lead. Collect and deliver customer data using a variety of methodologies to inform product experience strategy and design, and to ensure ease of use. Collaborate with stakeholders, from ideation to implementation, to bring the voice of customers into the iterative design process. Lead design sprints; leverage mixed-skill, multi-department teams to quickly translate research findings into design, then validate and deliver UI requirements in a short time frame. Working alongside fellow openIDEO participants, contributed research, ideation, and prototyping for various openIDEO initiatives to tackle global problems and improve lives through human-centered design. Projects include Cafe Mortel, a health care initiative to improve the end-of-life experience, and a collaboration with The Center for Social Innovation’s developers to improve the usability of their internal website.

Conceptual art and design fiction practice. This work focused on consumer-brand interaction and the impact of minimalist corporate aesthetics on people’s experience of their environments. Produced work within specific hospitality client parameters.
