I’ve been in the homebuilding industry for a very long time.20 years long!When you’ve been in any industry for that long, you learn the ins and outs of that industry. I’ve spent my career learning about homebuilding best practices, residential design, franchising, and how to franchise, build faster, and simultaneously maintain homebuyer satisfaction.What we do at Epcon Franchising raises awareness of what homebuilding franchising is and how to grow in this business.
