Server is like a proxy, to forward client's request to web server, and encode (web server's) the response back to client. Dynamic configuration is a service based on that, which serves to locate dynamic content/config on server, and push to client, to centrally control content on large numbers of devices. Job involves both server and client side work.We define a protocol to encode the content, implement client code with C/C++ and tune server code/config (Pike).
