Sales & Recruitment Role & Responsibilities:Responsibilities:● Successfully serviced the key accounts of Amazon, AllScripts, Esilicon, INFOSYS,TCS.• Extensively Marketing H1-B, US Citizens, GC EAD candidates who are on bench by posting their resumes on job boards, through personal network, Primary vendors list and clients.• Responsible for handling a team of Recruiter’s and BDM’s, working closely with the team to get the desired results and Handle multiple clients and requirements.• Handling customer relationship with existing clients and working as account manager. Talking to the middle and senior level candidates to check there fitment. • Understand the recruitment needs of the clients, specific job profiles and person specifications in terms of knowledge, skills and other traits required of various jobs. • Filling up the candidates with all the desired information’s about the role. • Involved in marketing of consultants on bench to the preferred vendors. Posting of bench consultants resumes on various job portals. Posting availability hot list of bench consultants on networking websites to reach maximum no. of Prime Vendors. • Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals & other Networking sites and I was extensively involved in recruiting candidates for various technologies such ETL ( Teradata DBA , Teradata Developer , Ab inito Developer , Informatica) Web developers, Java, .Net, ERP – SAP, Oracle Financials, mainframe, network Admin, BA and QA and PM.

Role & Responsibilities:• Manage the recruitment process from screening to selection.• Developed and implemented effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen, recruit, and select high quality candidates. • Practiced numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, ad placement, position postings, direct sourcing/cold calling and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates. • Interviewed and screened candidates. • Articulated and negotiated job offers with candidates • Clearly communicated all aspects of the offer including salary, stock options, benefits, bonuses, relocating, etc. • Established and maintained solid working relationships with hiring managers. • Extensive experience in H1B transfers issues like, salary negotiations, Benefits & all.• Extensive working experience on job boards like Dice, Monster, Computer Jobs, Net Temps, Yahoo Hot Jobs etc.

• Getting the requirements daily from my vendors.• Source, identify, interview, screen and place technical personnel in contract, Contract-to-hire positions in the Information Technology industry.• Screening and pre-testing potential candidates. • Conduct Internet search using job boards like Dice, Monster, Submitting pre-screened resumes to hiring managers and arranging interviews.
