For Internal Learning & Development I was responsible for:Test, Purchase, Customize and Implement an LMS System which not only reports on Employee Learning Hours, but also maintains records requirements for Multi-State Accounting and Legal Licensure (CPE and CLE) Credits. Create a New Hire On-Boarding processes by level; Intern, Staff, Experience, Management, Directors, and Direct Admit Partners. Generate Customized Courseware for Accountants, Consultants, and Support Staff as well as all proprietary software applications. Author and maintain Employee Guides for applications, processes, policies, etc. Worked with HR to create a role-based Competency Model aligning with Curriculum Requirements for technical licensure needs and promotion readiness in conjunction with Firm-wide succession planning.
