Fayette Alliance is a coalition of citizens dedicated to achieving sustainable growth in Lexington-Fayette County through land use advocacy, education, and research. - Developed and executed multi-level fundraising strategy, attracting new donors and increasing mid-level donations by 30%- Implemented a stewardship strategy and created multi-level donor communication that led to a 20% increase in donor retention- Represented organization in public presentations, community meetings, and one-on-one donor meetings- Secured and stewarded 30+ corporate sponsor relationships for flagship fundraising event - Designed and executed community outreach, education, and fundraising events - Drafted all donor correspondence, including solicitations across social media platforms and via mail
