I am the Senior Graphic Designer at AFL Hyperscale, I oversee all design projects and maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects. I was also a key part in the AFL Hyperscale re-brand in 2018.My duties include: • Designing original pieces of marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, illustrations and infographics• Designing digital templates for the website/ social media ect• Designing branded artwork for exhibition stands• Reviewing graphic designers work to ensure a high quality• Refine images, fonts and layouts using Adobe creative cloud programmes (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)• Generate a range of ideas to portray concepts • Working with Product Managers to create new product and packaging designs• Communicating with web developers and printers to ensure deadlines are met

- Carrying out the entire FibreFab rebrand; this was a decision the Graphic Design team made alongside the Director of the company to begin a rebrand. During this I have been given the ability to re-design all aspects of the FibreFab brand taking it in my own direction. I have played a key part in the decision making and shown to execute excellent leadership skills within the company. - Designing all new corporate materials for the upcoming rebrand including; logo, business cards, letterheads, envelopes, packaging, corporate presentation slides, posters, catalogues, signage, t-shirts and the relaunch of a new website. - Website rebrand: I began this website redesign by researching existing competitors websites. I carried out in-house research to find out what worked with the current website and what employees, particularly the Sales team, thought we needed to do to increase sales and traffic to the website. I have been the key person behind designing all graphics and page layouts and creating a mobile friendly website. The website needed to have the ability to shop online for products with a customer login included, this was something I developed with the marketing team to design. The current designing of the website is on-going. - Helping Managers put together a site map for external web designers.- Working with an illustrator to design innovative drawings on Adobe Illustrator about the company which will be used for the website and on printed materials.

- Using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator to update existing catalogues.- Designing and sending out E-flyers to customers using Mail Chimp.- Doing 360° Photography of products for our website.- In charge of company community involvement. Planning and organising employee days out for example Dragon Boat Race at Willen Lake, MK Food Bank volunteering day, M&S Bag pack for Willen Hospice, Leo's Appeal (Milton Keynes Hospital) volunteer day.- Creator, designer and editor of FibreFab’s tri-annual Bulletin. The Bulletin includes company information, new product articles & photos, articles written by our sales team and our community involvement.- Using Word Press to update and post on internal intranet and official website.
