I am responsible for daily bookkeeping practices such as accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll, bank reconciliation, etc. I am currently working at capacity and am not looking for new clients at this time.

I am responsible for daily bookkeeping practices such as accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll, bank reconciliation, etc. I am also responsible for getting the office organized and managing cash flow as well as keeping up with daily reports on sales and labor percentages.

I was responsible for monthly and quarterly bookkeeping as well as payroll processing and payroll taxes & reporting. I also am experienced at Individual Income Tax Preparation and Corporate Income Tax Preparation. I have some knowledge in the Incorporating process. I have experience using software such as Microsoft Word & Excel, Quickbooks and Quicken, Lacerte Tax, TaxWorks, Peachtree Accounting, Easy Accounting and S Tax Pro.
