Devise strategy to effectively lease our properties to as many customers as possible via Phone and Internet using tools we've set in place, Touring our "pre qualified" customers at one or more of our fourteen properties, process prospects applications and collect appropriate documents, complete lease agreements online, input and manage Resident ledgers (rents, concessions, fee's and other), Reach out to current residents bi weekly to create further customer services, and gain Renewals! Average is Sixteen Renewals per month in my 380 unit portfolio.
