Paige provides investment brokerage and advisory services to institutions, public companies, fund managers, financial institutions and property developers. Our team participates in the analysis, due diligence, marketing and closing of office properties across the Midwest region.Responsibilities include:• Performing complex financial analyses, including cash flow projections with complex financing structures, Argus valuation models, and sensitivity analyses• Preparing offering materials for new assignments and pursuits • Assisting with the preparation of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits • Managing the due diligence and closing process for complex financing transactions • Gathering and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market data for input into client deliverables and valuation models• Point of contact for tracking, management, reporting market activity

•Responsible for coordinating, analyzing and publishing all market research efforts for the Chicago market. This includes quarterly analytical reports, mid-quarter reports, Tenant’s Guide publications, and lease and sales comparables. •Assists in creating CresaPartners’ best-in-class standard deliverables to local and national accounts, including clients such as Clorox and American Family Insurance. •Supports the Transaction Management team with new business development, as well as assisting senior brokers with comprehensive real estate strategies, including financial analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions. •Licensed Illinois Salesperson and has received her LEED Green Associate accreditation.
