Director for the Office of Economic Development serves Talbot County; a small rural county located on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, to manage and administer business retention, expansion and attraction activities as contribution to the existing and future tax base. Responsibilities include strategic planning and infrastructure development that results in economic activity. Establsihed PRB and Assoicates, to provide commercial real estate appraisals and contract services to The Greenlee Group, Easton, Maryland and Appraisal Source, Easton, Maryland, as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Apprentice from March 2004 to April 2006. Completed work on approximately 30 commercial appraisal projects in the Mid Shore, Maryland and Delaware region with experience in subdivisions, agriculutre, manufacutring and commercail business appraisals,

1989- 1992 state wide Field Representative to broker, implement and adminsiter the Partnership for Workforce Quality Training Program (PWQ), a statewide matching grant training program to support workforce development and productivity improvements. 1992-1997 Regional Manager for Southern Region and Howard/Anne Arundel Counties; Supported the design, implementation and management of Maryland Regional Offices established throughout the state as business retention effort. 1997-2003 Manager for 8 Eastern Shore Region with staff and budget oversight. Provided additional support in the creation of the Anne Arundel Technology Council, Chesapeake Bay Center for Regional Technical Excellence, Eastern Shore Marketing Partnership, and the Mid Shore Regional Councils.
