Hello! My name is Paige, and I am a first-year graduate student in the Higher Education Administration program at NC State! I also have the honor to serve as a Graduate Assistant for NC State’s Student Leadership and Engagement. I help manage the Leadership Development Program under the supervision of Adam Culley!I have a special interest in the personal and professional development of students, whether that be through preparing them for career fairs and interviews or encouraging them to discover and explore their leadership potential! Many people have told me that I live in the future, and I have no reason to disagree. I am always thinking of the decisions students can make and the pathways they can take. It is critical to make options known to others!In addition to my passions, as a neurodivergent, queer, and gender-nonconforming individual, I place great importance in promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. While many of us like to imagine a smooth, even playing field for us all, it is simply not the case. The socioeconomic and political impacts on specific communities is always something to consider.
