About Paige Callahan

I am a highly driven individual who loves a challenge because I get to dig in and learn new things. I hold a Bachelor's Degree from Boston University's Questrom School of Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behavior with a Minor in Environmental Science, but my education didn't stop there. I love the opportunities to see how different industries work and understand the red tape or specifications of each. The diversity of work leads me to be constantly researching, learning, and expanding my skill sets.

  • Unitiques ™
    Marketing Analyst And Operations
    Unitiques ™ Mar 2016 - Apr 2017
    Boston, Ma
Worked with the CEO and Founder of UNItiques to help maximize marketing strategies by tracking things like the use of promo codes, website traffic, events, social media analytics, and email data. Taking all of these things into account allowed us to find things that really worked and things that didn't, which allowed us to refocus some energies and efforts. This was especially important in determining strategies that could assist in growth into new demographics around the country that could benefit from a platform like UNItiques. The need for a platform like this led UNItiques to be recognized by Forbes and Huntington Post, as well as appearing on Lifetime's Project Runway Startup, so it was great to be a part of something that so many college students could benefit from and see it grow.

I work with the Founder and President, Dave Santulli, on the Global Health Fellowship, which is a program that allows under-privileged students to travel to another country and experience what the healthcare in that world differs from that of first world countries. The work I did included completely deconstructing the program to determine what about it was working, and what other aspects could be included to increase the opportunities for the students and the marketability to funders and grant programs. In researching grants and reaching out to organizations and public schools in the Boston Area, I was able to identify areas of improvement for the fellowship. Once a year, an event is put on to honor the Fellows and give them a chance to tell the board and potential funders about their experiences and what they learned. I was the lead on putting this event on. Establishing a venue, catering, and other logistics to ensure that it ran smoothly.
