As the Director of Development, Paige oversaw the planning, coordinating, and implementation of the fundraising program for Maryhaven, and served as the direct liaison for the community for corporate engagement and philanthropy. In her role as Director of Development and Education, Paige managed all aspects of fundraising, special events, grants and communications. Paige oversaw the Community Education/Outreach Program — which provides training, prevention and education to community groups, schools, agencies and professionals.Since 1976 VIBS has pioneered services and innovative programs for victims of violence and abuse. The mission of VIBS is to create futures free of violence through advocacy, counseling and education for survivors of intimate partner abuse, sexual violence, child abuse, elder abuse, human trafficking and veterans with PTSD.

As the Director of Alumni Engagement at St. Joseph's College NY, Paige managed a comprehensive and diverse alumni program through the development and implementation of programs, events and services for over 41,000 alumni across two campuses. Paige partnered with members of the advancement team to cultivate and steward alumni while maintaining a portfolio of prospective donors and seeks to engage alumni in all areas of the College. Paige served on a number of committees at SJC including the Strategic Planning committee and the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. She presented workshops in the Student Leadership Experience program (EVOLVE) and has facilitated in the First-Year Experience program.

As part of the Employer Relations Team at the Career Center at Stony Brook University, Paige coordinated the On-Campus Recruiting program and worked with off-campus employers to secure their hiring needs through workshops, in-office interviews, panels, classroom presentations and site visits. Paige worked with Marketing and Graphic Arts interns to market Career Center events and services. Paige served on the social media committee for the Student Affairs department at Stony Brook University. As the Career Center liaison to the College of Business Paige coached undergraduate/graduate students interested in careers in the business, including management/operations, accounting, finance and marketing and worked with the faculty to provide special programming for business students.

Paige assisted with the undergrad admissions, enrollment services, recruitment and advisement of freshmen/transfer students in the School of Arts and Sciences, and coordinated all aspects of graduate admissions programs in Education, including communication management, application review, recruitment and retention, advisement/education planning, reporting, advertising (print and web), grant/scholarship awarding and the coordination of on-site and online information and chat sessions. As an Admissions Counselor, some of Paige's responsibilities included: -Speaking to high school student groups about the college admissions process-Assisting students with all aspects of the college admissions process -Meeting with students and families-Interviewing students for admission-Guiding campus tours and information sessions-Evaluating credits for transfer students-Assisting students with the registration and enrollment process-Working with all college departments to ensure a positive experience for studentsPaige was a member of the Middle States Task Force, the Retention Committee, and the Cyber-Networking Committee.
