• Performed as an Assistant Project Manager on three projects, totaling a development budget of approximately $85 million. • Assisted affordable housing developers and public agencies statewide with Round 3 applications for the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) program. • Analyzed San Francisco’s housing needs and affordability challenges using Public Use Microdata (PUMs) and American Community Survey (ACS). Created visualizations of data analysis for SF Planning Department Reports.• Examined trends in SF’s vacant housing stock, as well as potential causes for an increase in vacancy utilizing ACS data, PUMs data, and Airbnb data. Presented findings to the SF Planning Department.• Compared housing plans and strategies of major cities in the United States and made recommendations for San Francisco’s Housing Affordability Strategy process based on findings.
