As a triple threat of leadership development, Dr. Graham interweaves research, executive coaching and facilitation to create learning engagements with impact. She has worked across industries from retail and energy to healthcare and government. Career highlights include working with global organizations involved in mergers and acquisitions, coaching senior executives at some of the largest restaurant brands in the world, and working with senior teams to drive large scale organizational culture and change initiatives. Her research interests are varied (e.g., adaptability, change leadership, cross-cultural executive coaching, virtual teams) and are characterized as having strong scientific foundations that result in practical applications. Before joining CCL, Paige honed her research, coaching and facilitation skills in a number of venues. She developed a course on leadership adaptability for the U.S. Army War College, specialized in assessment center development and delivery for industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to airlines, and served as a senior consultant and ultimately Vice President of an international consulting and assessments company working closely with senior executives to diagnose selection, development, and retention issues.
