My background is predominately in the healthcare field and I have found fulfilling careers in and outside of the clinical settings. I've worked closely with nursing staff, physicians, administration, CEO's, and patients. I've developed a well rounded skill set that would blend well in any position with responsibility. I am well versed in HIPPA laws, EMTALA, medical terminology, all types of administrative tasks, health information, cardiac rhythms and patient safety and care standards. I consider myself a driven, level-headed, passionate and intelligent woman. I am trustworthy, reliable, proficient and prompt. I believe that "If you are early, you are on time. If you are on time, you are late."​ I am effective in my communication, organized and I can think on my feet. I'm excited to grow as an individual and as a professional.In addition to my strong desire to learn, I am also passionate about being part of an organization with opportunities to advance and further my education. Ideally, the organization would also have volunteer opportunities and causes to support outside of the office. Prior to entering the healthcare field I held both a property and casualty insurance license and life and health insurance license. I worked in sales with a large insurance company and developed a healthy client base during this time.
