Paige is the owner of Lifetime Therapy Services PLLC, a private practice located within Waukee Wellness in Waukee, Iowa. Paige provides in person and telehealth psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Paige has a passion for health and fitness and finds fulfillment in mentoring and encouraging others. Paige started fitness coaching at Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping (FXB) in April of 2014. During her time as coach, Paige led six individuals to win the $1,000 FXB challenge. Paige coached eighteen consecutive sessions before to being promoted to Coaches Coach. Paige started instructing kickboxing and strength training classes at FXB in 2015 and earned the elite rank of Level III Instructor in May of 2020. Paige has been responsible for training new instructors and evaluating level I and level II instructors.

Paige established and developed mental health programming at Iowa Weight Loss Specialists (IWLS) including the process for conducting pre-surgical psychosocial evaluations per the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) standards and guidelines. Paige worked with an interdisciplinary team of licensed medical professionals to provide care to patients seeking medical and surgical weight loss. Paige provided mental health evaluations and support group to surgical patients and psychotherapy to any surgical or non-surgical patient in need.

Provided education, supervision, and evaluation to Master of Social Work candidate by fulfilling all competencies as established by the The Council of Social Work Education for foundation and advanced practicums.

Research in the field of child welfare at the University of Iowa's National Resource Center for In-home Services and the National Resource Center for Family Centered Practice (housed jointly). Staffed a child well-being work group with nationwide members for the Children's Bureau. Researched and co-authored portions of the National Resource Center's Nationwide Assessment. Became an expert in the field of child well-being, case management models, and family preservation. Co-investigated multiple program evaluation projects. Authored and presented trainings to front line workers. Analyzed and organized data for various projects. Wrote academic pieces, abstracts, memorandums and briefs.

The University of Iowa College of Law In-House Legal Clinic's purpose is to allow third year legal students the opportunity to work on cases supervised by full-time faculty members, and have primary responsibility for the representation of their clients at all stages of the legal process.The Family Representation Clinic is one of the seven clinical practice areas offered in the University of Iowa College of Law's In-House Clinic. The clinic represents parents whose children are the subject of Child in Need of Assistance proceedings.Paige was hand picked by professionals from both the University of Iowa College of Law as well as the University of Iowa School of Social Work to be the first ever social worker/mental health consultant to work in the Clinic and act as the stepping stone to an exciting new relationship between the graduate colleges. Both graduate colleges recognize how important it is to provide the best care and service to families as possible. Having an expert in the field of Child Welfare as a member of the legal team is a new and cutting edge idea starting to be practiced legal clinics across the U.S. with the University of Iowa's College of Law Family Representation Clinic being one of the first. Paige completed her advanced practicum at the Clinic where she worked closely and assisted third year legal students on cases. She attended case review sessions, hearings, family team meetings, and client meetings. She also presented formal trainings on various social work topics such as Interpersonal Skills, Mental Health, Cultural Competency, Trauma-Informed Care, Self Care and Motivational Interviewing.
