As co-owner of Eliasson Marketing, I oversee financial, legal, and HR related projects.

Beginning in January 2016, I was hired as a long-term substitute teacher for high school Spanish (levels I-IV). I was fully responsible for lesson planning, grading, and teaching the lessons. After 3 months, the Spanish teacher was able to return once or twice a week to teach a few of the classes, but I was still in the classroom as an aide and teaching the classes that she was not able to cover due to medical needs. I wrote tests and quizzes, continued to grade papers, and worked on the curriculum with the full-time teacher in order to improve the program.Upon finishing the school year, I was offered a full-time position with the school teaching lower-level Spanish and Psychology. During the 2016-2017 school year, I taught elementary Spanish through songs, reading, and writing activities to grades K-5. I also taught Spanish I to 8th, 9th , and 10th graders, as well as one Upper Level Psychology elective. As the Student Council advisor and Varsity Girls' Soccer coach, I was heavily involved in many school events and after-school activities.For the 2017-2018 school year, I teach Spanish I, Spanish II, 6th Grade Math, and Psychology.

Upon first starting out with the Orioles, I worked on the Give Away Crew. My tasks included: keeping track of the shipments and inventory, delivering the items to each gate, and communicating with the manager so that the inventory ran out at each gate at the same time. After being a part of the team for two years, I assumed a leadership role, working directly under the manager and communicating his orders directly to the other members of the team.In 2012, I moved into the Warehouse and was hired as a Box Office Ticket Seller. Through my five years of selling game tickets, tour tickets, and managing exchanges, I learned enough that I was trusted with training new employees and answering phones through the main hotline and at the front desk.

As a sales associate at Pier 1 Imports, it was my responsibility to meet the needs of the customers effectively and efficiently on a daily basis. By utilizing the store furniture guides, monthly mailers, and our website, I successfully assisted the customer in finding the perfect new pieces for her home. These tasks ranged from sharing color options at the swatch stations, to arranging a table setting for her next family gathering. It was my goal to make her feel valued and welcomed, while also making sure she fell completely in love with the products.

As a concessions worker for Liberty's Club Sports, I was able to work both Hockey and Baseball games throughout the Spring Semester. Aside from simply managing payments and preparing basic food items (nachos, pretzels, burgers, popcorn, etc.), I assisted in cleaning before and after each shift, balancing out the cash register, taking orders, and serving customers in the suites.
