I was trained as a checker, stocker, and café wait staff. As a checker I operated a cash register, assisted customers in answering questions and resolving issues regarding their purchases, assisted customers in loading their groceries, and provided excellent customer service. As a stocker in the Grocery department I replenished products on the weekly ad and products that were popular on a daily basis, replenished carts, helped maintain appearance of store's back room and parking lot, and assisted checkers when needed. As a stocker in the Dairy department I received and unloaded Anderson Erickson, Hiland Dairy, and PDI trucks in addition to replenishing shelf product, maintaining appearance and maintaining current date on perishable products. As a part of the Hy-Vee Market Café wait staff, I provided excellent hospitality for guests, recorded and placed orders, and delivered drinks and prepared food to customers. I also helped maintain a clean and sanitary environment for employees and guests.
