Raised over $52 million to support Governor Kathy Hochul's campaign and $10 million to the New York State Democratic Committee in the 2022 cycle. Served in a management role at 85 fundraisers, ensured a positive experience for up to 1,200 attendees, enforced security protocols, and executed all logistical needs. Composed & edited 150+ briefings to prepare the Governor for weekly meetings & events and made 100+ venue arrangements. Managed campaign's robust host gratitude program and ensured proper data collection from all incoming contributions via ActBlue (up to $350,000 per day). Communicated directly with major donors to cultivate RSVP lists, aided in event preparation, and ensured compliance of campaign legal procedures. Prospected hundreds of potential donors, drafted 250+ call scripts, and staffed call time with the Governor. Interacted heavily with Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, NGP-VAN, fec.gov, ActBlue, Canva, and variety of other campaign finance softwares on a daily basis.

Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for American National Government and Politics (PSC 121). Served as a liaison between students and professor in a pilot program designed to increase political participation at Syracuse University. Facilitated two discussion sections per week and supported lesson planning and modification alongside professor. Engaged in one-on-one mentorship with underclassmen to motivate, instill, and support their individualized civic engagement projects.

One of 44 student leaders to orchestrate Syracuse University's Welcome Week and the move-in process for 4,000 new students per year. Welcomed students and families of all backgrounds, organized large-scale events as a member of the Programming Committee, and facilitated small group sessions to acclimate new members to the Syracuse community. Nominated by peers & faculty to conduct a "social media takeover" of the official @syracuseu Instagram in the first-ever partnership of the New Student and Family Programs Office and the Syracuse University Social Media Team.

Acted as a mentor and guide for the 1,000 Potential New Members of Panhellenic Greek Life through the Recruitment process. Worked specifically as the logistical and emotional support of ten young women throughout their recruitment process. Attended weekly trainings throughout the year to prepare for Formal Recruitment in January-February, 2022.

20+ hours/week fundraising for House and Senate challengers and incumbents, both those seeking re-election and not. Prospected donors and communicated directly with them, wrote event and meeting briefings, assisted with travel arrangements for clients, and interacted with a variety of softwares on a daily basis. Supported short-term and long-term projects for candidates to contribute to their fundraising and campaign goals.

Supported all aspects of sorority membership through the organization of large-scale external and internal events, effectively managing a budget of $15,000, directing and delegating to eleven subordinate positions, and overseeing the New Member Education Process. As one of eight Executive Board members, I collaborated with National Advisors to increase the efficacy of our Chapter as a whole, participated in year-round leadership trainings, and was honored to serve on multiple intra-organization special committees.
