As the Talent Acquisition Manager at St. Charles Health System, I lead a high-performing team of ten professionals dedicated to sourcing and hiring top talent across the organization. Our team partners closely with hiring managers to recruit for a diverse range of roles, including clinical positions like RNs and CNAs, as well as IT/EPIC, administrative, and executive-level positions. We work closely with our internal HRIS team to optimize hiring processes through Workday Recruiting and implement efficient workflows.

Responsible for the multi-faceted support of talent recruiters across Nike Technology division, including scheduling requisitions for employment candidates for high-level brand positions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including all scheduling with panelists, conference room bookings, interview itineraries, candidate travel, Nike WHQ Campus Tours,and calendar collaboration. Ensure all project deadlines are met, and serve as the main point of contact for interview candidates to ensure a positive, high-quality experience. Create weekly and quarterly reports and dashboards in MS Excel tracking for Nike Technology hiring activity. Filter and manipulate data using formulas, track actuals versus forecast, build pivot tables, compare data across multiple data sets.- Excellent writing and communication skills required in all correspondence and reporting duties- Collaborate with multiple Nike teams to best promote Nike products, initiatives and history to candidates

I work in the Marketing/Community Relations department assisting marketing consultants and the marketing director on various projects including advertisement campaigns, event planning, and patient education materials with a focus in Pediatrics. I collaborate with Legacy Health’s creative design team to develop material that is aesthetically pleasing and eye-catching to potential patients. I served as the coordinator of the internal 2014 Employee Health and Benefits Fairs located at each of our medical center campuses. I organized with internal and external benefits and wellness vendors for Legacy Employees, created promotional material and signage, and served as the main point of communication prior and during the fairs.

Worked under members of the marketing, creative, and public relations teams at Legacy Health. Managed a variety of projects over the summer including event coordination, social media marketing, and writing and development of collateral. Assisted with event planning for Healthy Kids’ Fairs and “Color Me Pink” Breast Cancer event at Washington Square Mall. Developed Facebook content for August and September health promotion campaigns. Wrote content for promotional material to be distributed at Legacy Health medical centers and clinics with focus on cancer and sports medicine service lines including brochures and rack cards on Physician Assistants as primary care providers, breast biopsy preparation, concussion awareness, and more. Assisted with the development of a new onsite video studio including coordination of b-roll shots and planning of video content for physician, patient education, and marketing communications videos.

Was responsible for updating and maintaining the website, the Sustainability Blog, and creating social media posts that promoted the Office’s events and accomplishments. Wrote and designed promotional materials, reports, and announcements using InDesign and other creative programs. Served as proofreader, editor, and copywriter for all types of internal and external communications. Acted as ambassador at special events and served as spokesperson for the Office at university and community functions. Design and set up the event boards in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Performed administrative duties such as budget management, e-mail organization, and creating schedules for promotional events.
