Expanded operations from one to eight different companies and twelve to over sixty programs, growing organically. Work collaboratively with partner organizations, other providers across the state as well as state agencies to manage significant Medicaid and state contracts. Lead state-wide initiatives and committees working with providers and state officials to manage Medicaid rate setting and funding of contracts with state agencies such as the Behavioral Health Administration. Work closely with executive management to implement change and streamline operations required with significant company growth. Initiate, drive and implement initiatives to upgrade and enhance financial and operational reporting, electronic health records management, billing, payables and payroll after decades of little change. Reduced the size of the Finance team by 25% and increased efficiencies while the company has grown by over 200% by implementing improved workflows and tech solutions. Responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance, risk management, and employee benefits.
