As Director of Studio Operations, I provide leadership to our studio operations and act as the operations liaison to the Senior Management Team. In addition to being responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the Edmonton Studio, I serve to quarterback and support a team of Studio Operation Managers in an effort to streamline business operations of all DIALOG studios. With a commitment to fostering positive studio culture, I seek to increase efficiency, coordination, and provide guidance on priority setting and the implementation of our strategic plan. I work closely with our COO to revise, develop, and promote long-term operational strategies. I monitor overall studio project and financial performance, resourcing/team capacity, and collaborate with the operations team for problem solving and provide cross studio support to the practice and project delivery.

As Studio Operations Manager, I work closely with the Studio Chair and DIALOGers across the Edmonton Studio to help create an environment that enables pre-eminent design and supports our Studio culture. My management of Studio business includes implementation and improvements of guidelines, policies, and processes related to financial projections, receivables, expenses, and effort.
