Represent Willow Springs Recovery & Sunshine Behavioral Health (5 Substance Abuse/Co-Occurring MH facilities). Work closely with Business Development team and Admissions department, perform research to develop new leads and maintain existing accounts, work closely with referral partners, hold individual meetings such as one on one, small conferences, and large conferences, create a quarterly and annual marketing plan that meets and exceeds goals.

Develop and grow positive relationships with providers, medical office staff, hospital staff, social service organizations, and law enforcement, educate PCPs, OBGYN, Pain Management, & addiction facilities on services at Austin Lakes and follow up after admission to obtain service feedback, ability to translate feedback to Business Development team and discuss successes and improvement opportunities, maintain a high level of professionalism in the community such as delivering presentations tailored to the audience, be sure to have a fluent understanding of the services provided by Austin Lakes and able to present the hospital to the medical professionals in assigned territory, conduct monthly reports in order to identify the referral sources in the medical community and maintain those relationships, ability to work independently and manage own territory from Austin to San Antonio.

Represent the company and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner.Work closely with caseload of 40+ clients on adapting to their needs and working towards a healthy lifestyle. Key referral resources include Texas Workforce Commission, the local community, case managers, etc. Work closely with the community and able to create and maintain relationships in order to raise awareness. Ability to create service authorizations and submit the billing sheet to correct organization. Monitor client cases, advocate for needed services and community supports, and obtain resources necessary. Complete and final approve documentation within 24 hours of service and ensure documentation is in compliance.Knowledge of EHR and ability to schedule appointments with clients. Establish and maintain positive relationships with the community, families, employers, and government agencies. Collaborate with the clinical lead, management, and other clinical staff to improve likelihood of best possible outcomes.
