As a Shift Lead at Azzip Pizza, I manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. I also train and supervise the staff, handle customer complaints, and assist the general manager with administrative tasks. I have been working at Azzip Pizza for over a year, starting as Team Member and then being promoted to Shift Lead and also held the Assistant General Manager position.I have developed strong customer service and food service skills, as well as leadership and problem-solving abilities. In addition to my work experience, I am a Health Services Administration student at Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health, where I am learning about the management and delivery of health care services. I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of people and communities, and I hope to apply my knowledge and skills to the health care industry in the future. Last summer, I also worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Flat Rock River YMCA Camp, where I gained valuable experience in working with children, facilitating activities, and providing lifeguarding and first aid services. I have a certification in Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer First Aid and Waterfront Skills from the American Red Cross, and a certification in ServSafe Manager from ServSafe Certified. I am a motivated, reliable, and adaptable person, who enjoys working in a team and learning new things.
