Hi, I’m Paige Winger. I have a desire to make a difference in the world and in the lives of others. I am a quick learner and am always willing to learn more. I work better in a fast-paced environment and prefer to work with people. I am very adaptable to change and love a good challenge.I was introduced into the world of business in high school. I learned from some wonderful examples including teachers, neighbors and other associates. They encouraged me to learn more on the subjects I was interested in, especially Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Graphic Design, Data Analytics, Accounting, Human Resources and Public Relations.I enjoy working in a team setting. I have a tendency to be the one who leads the group because I am a natural-born leader. I am able to take other people's opinions into consideration to get the best possible outcome for any situation. I enjoy helping improve everyone's abilities and firmly believe that a team is only as good as its weakest link.I am driven by my own core values, and know where my moral compass points. These core values are integrated through every aspect of my life. Among these values is a respect for others, no matter their personal, religious or political views. I’m compassionate towards the people around me, knowing they fight their own battles. I hold to my values steadfastly. These values drive me to become a better person, continually improving and striving to make both myself and those around me better people and employees.I am always seeking opportunities to grow and expand my limits, but also the opportunity to help others grow as well. My view on leadership is that a leader is not there to just be in charge. A leader is there to take the whole team past the finish line and to improve the workplace and overall moral of the employees. They should always bring employees up and help them to become the best people that they are able to be.I believe in formal education, but I think some of the greatest educational opportunities come outside of a classroom to those who are looking for them. With a desire to learn, I have taught myself some of the basic functions of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google PowerPoint and Google Calendar. I am always willing to learn new programs and enjoy playing on them in my free time.I have dreams to do remarkable things, and hope to be able to inspire greatness in others.
