My role at Wolt included a wide range of design and research for Wolt's Support Group: automation, self service and internal customer service tooling to keep our international customer support teams happy and efficient. My main responsibility was building the next generation tooling of customer support. I was working closely with the customer support team, looking into the Intercom data and Looker statistics on how the customer service team was solving issues. My responsibilities ranged from research to building magnificent UX flows and prototypes and reaching for the end users to collect feedback, building the roadmap with the product leads.I was also participating in portfolio reviews of new hires and mentoring.

My work at Nordkapp ranges from detailed interaction design to deep service design, etnographic studies, research, customer / stakeholder interviews, concept design, design systems and rapid prototyping. My current tools of the trade include fluency with Figma, Sketch, Indesign and Abstract - and why not any other modern tool I can get my hands on. I also love to sketch on whiteboards, paper or on an Ipad. With seniority comes vision of how teams and individuals should work, and how design can easily blend and co-operate with business and tech. I take care of the information flow between the team and the customer. During my years at Nordkapp I have worked with a huge dutch bank, Yleisradio, large forest industry company, Telia and numerous other clients. I also like to make the workplace (and world) a better place for every single person, arranging monthly events, parties and team evenings. Wordpress was customized for Butik Helsinki and Helsinki 10.I've been working with Stealth Unit 2.0 for a loong time and hopefully the new features are going to be implemented somewhere in 2010-2011.Once upon a time I used to write travel stories that take ~four spreads. I also like to share my knowledge about console games or cars.

Once upon a time I used to write car reviews at Moottori magazine. This - and car crazy father - are the reasons why someone without a car has some esoteric knowledge on them. I also ran the various errands in the office.
