I am a Developer at Pico Innovation, an IT company that provides innovative technologies for health care, event organization, and cloud-based smart business sectors. I have been working on various projects in the ERP system, POS system, and cloud-based smart business sectors since January 2022, using a range of technologies and frameworks, such as PHP, Laravel, jQuery, JSON, REST APIs, Bootstrap, Livewire, Docker, and Linux. I am responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving web applications that meet the needs and expectations of our clients, as well as handling the deployment process and management, ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of our systems. I have successfully delivered multiple web applications that have increased the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of our clients. For example, I developed a multi-tenant management system that allows our clients to manage multiple businesses, customers, and users on a single platform, with features such as billing, invoicing, reporting, and analytics. Before joining Pico Innovation, I gained valuable experience in training, graphic design, computer hardware troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, and networking as an IT Specialist at ITG-IIT Garden, where I trained students on the basics of software, hardware, and networking and designed advertisements and certificates for the training center. I also troubleshooted small network, hardware, and software issues. I am currently pursuing a Pearson BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Computing at Youth International University, which I expect to complete in February 2023. I am passionate about web development and IT services, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
