My primary function is to care for the emergency department patients through the provision of clinical pharmacy services. These include medical resuscitations, rapid sequence intubations, stroke and myocardial infarction care for patients of all ages. I also provide critical care services for inpatients that have not been admitted to the intensive care.

I precept pharmacy students in their final year of extern clearkships. Current pharmacy studetn rotation is general surgery with some exposure to sickle cell day hospital activities. Previously precepted the general hospital pharmacy extern clerakship.

My primary function is order processing, review and clarification for the surgical floor at Truman Medical Centers-Hospital Hill (TMC). Clinical responsibilities include rounding with General and Trauma surgical service in addition to the Orthopedic surgical service. I also participate in a multidisciplinary sickle cell outpatient clinic and day hospital.
