- Manage the deployment of averQ to clients, ensuring a successful implementation- Manage averQ’s data analytics product deployments - Includes design and implementation of data automation models to streamline clients' workflows and maximise the value they get from the platform- Track and resolve any issues that arise with the platform, working closely with clients and the development team to find effective solutions- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs- Work with clients to design and implement data visualisations and dashboards for their management reporting needs- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of averQ, exploring new apps and functionality that could benefit clients

-Understand and relate to brands and their social presence-Monitor and moderate social channels of clients – Identify/Escalate consumer service concerns, brand response worthy content, sensitive/inappropriate content-Conduct extensive research to build the client’s social audience profile database and identify audience that matter to the brand.-Formulate responses for user engagement that adhere to the social tone and language of the brand-Analyze trends and generate reports of client’s social activities and engagement-Monitor and act upon campaign specific or crisis specific messages as per the guidelines listed by the brand
